Stonegate is a community of private residences located a few minutes south of Charlotte, NC near the historic town of Waxhaw. We boast a very active community that enjoys using our amenities, including a Jr. Olympic size swimming pool, clubhouse, walking trails, and playground. The HOA hosts events throughout the year (Spring Eggstravaganza, July 4th Party, Fall Festival and Holiday House) with various resident groups meeting routinely for Bunco, Supper Club, etc. We are close to several recreation facilities (Carowinds, Cane Creek Park, US National Whitewater Center to name a few) and can be in the mountains skiing in 2.5 hours or at the beach in 3 hours. Stonegate is proudly managed by Hawthorne Management Company.
